چکیده
Puberty is a critical developmental period of life characterized by marked physiological changes, including changes in the immune system and gut microbiota development. Exposure to inflammation induced stressors during puberty has been found stimulate central lead disturbance at distant sites from gut; however, its enduring effects on immunity are not well explored. Therefore, this study, we used pubertal lipopolysaccharides (LPS)-induced mouse model mimic exposure dysbiosis. We hypothesized that LPS-induced may cause long-term dysfunction dysregulation inflammatory signaling epigenetic while prebiotic/probiotic intake mitigate deregulation later life. To end, four-week-old female Balb/c mice were fed prebiotics/probiotics exposed LPS window. better decipher acute immunoprotective biotic intake, addressed effect treatment interleukin (IL)-17 related-cytokines pathways. In addition, alterations, microRNA (miRNA) expression DNA methylation, studied. Our results revealed significant selected cytokines, proteins, miRNAs involved key pathways related IL-17 production function, IL-17A F, IL-6, IL-1β, transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β), signal transducer activator transcription-3 (STAT3), p-STAT3, forkhead box O1 (FOXO1), miR-145 small intestine adult challenged with puberty. contrast, dietary interventions mitigated lasting adverse partly through mechanisms. A methylation analysis demonstrated might be linked differentially methylated genes, Lpb, Rorc, Runx1, Il17ra, Rac1, Ccl5, Il10, Th17 cell differentiation signaling. prebiotic administration prevented mice. Together, these indicate following healthy diet rich prebiotics probiotics an optimal strategy for programming function windows controlling

Duloxetine by Modulating the Akt/GSK3 Signaling Pathways Has Neuroprotective Effects against Methamphetamine-Induced Neurodegeneration and Cognition Impairment in Rats
Background: The neuroprotective effects of duloxetine, as an antidepressant agent, and the neurodegenerative effects of methamphetamine have been shown in previous studies. Nonetheless, their exact neurochemical and behavioral effects are still unclear. In the current study, we sought to clarify the molecular mechanisms involved in the protective effects of duloxetine against methamphetamine-in...
متن کاملDeficiency of macro- and micronutrients induced by Lentinula edodes
Mushroom Lentinula edodes has been widely studied therapeutically. However, there is no data regarding its daily intake level safety. Since L. edodes has many active compounds known to bind to metals, we evaluated macro and micronutrients in liver and kidney of healthy rats after subchronic exposure to L. edodes. Rats were divided into four groups, receiving water and L. edodes at 100, 400 and ...

Immune-enhancing effects of Maitake (Grifola frondosa) and Shiitake (Lentinula edodes) extracts.
BACKGROUND The role of glucan in stimulation of immune reactions has been studied for several decades. In this report, we focused on the effects of orally administered glucan Maitake and Shiitake on immune reactions. MATERIALS AND METHODS We measured phagocytosis, NK cell activity, and secretion of IL-6, IL-12, IFN-γ as well as C-reactive protein (CRP) after 14 days of oral application of tes...
متن کاملCloning and characterization of two cellulase genes from Lentinula edodes.
Lentinula edodes has traditionally been grown on fallen logs. It produces a wide array of enzymes to digest the lignocellulolytic substrate for nutrients. Thus, this organism represents a rich source of potentially potent lignocellulolytic enzymes that can be harnessed for conversion of biomass to simple sugars. These sugars can then be used as feedstock for ethanol production or other chemical...
